Broccoli Cheese Potato Topper



Ingredients:
  • 1 Can 10 3/4 oz. Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup.
  • 1/4 cup milk.
  • Dash ground black pepper.
  • 4 hot baked potatoes, split.
  • 1 cup cooked broccoli flowerets.
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.

Preparation

  • Mix soup, milk and pepper.
  • Place hot potatoes on microwave-safe plate.
  • Bagatelle potatoes with fork.
  • Top with broccoli.
  • Spoon soup mixture over broccoli.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Microwave on HIGH 4 min.
