Broccoli Cheese Potato Topper
- 1 Can 10 3/4 oz. Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup.
- 1/4 cup milk.
- Dash ground black pepper.
- 4 hot baked potatoes, split.
- 1 cup cooked broccoli flowerets.
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Mix soup, milk and pepper.
- Place hot potatoes on microwave-safe plate.
- Bagatelle potatoes with fork.
- Top with broccoli.
- Spoon soup mixture over broccoli.
- Top with cheese.
- Microwave on HIGH 4 min.
