Carrot curry
INGREDIENTS
- Carrot 1 cup(cut into cubes).
- Onion 1 finely chopped.
- Oil 1 tsp.
- Mustard 1 tsp.
- Green chillies 1 chopped.
- Asafoetida a pinch.
- Salt according to taste
PREPARATION
- Cut the carrots into small pieces.
- Cook in microwave for 5 minutes.
- Cut the onions and green chillies.
- Heat the pan with oil. Add the mustard seeds.
- Add the asafoetida, green chillies.
- Saute for a minute.
- Now add the cut onion and saute till it becomes transparent.
- Now put the cooked carrot in this, mix well.
- Add salt. mix well , cook for a minute and switch off the fire.
