Mango ice cream
Ingredients:
- 1 Large : Mango.
- 1/2 cup : Sugar.
- 1/2 cup : Water.
- 1/2 tbsp : lime juice.
- 1 cup : heavy cream
Method of preparation:
- Peel the mango and chopped it finely.
- Make a sugar syrup with sugar and water in slow flame.
- Add the syrup to the mango with the lime juice and mix it well.
- Add the cream into the mango mixture.
- Freeze in refridgerator .Can put in desired shape ice tray.
- Stir it well after an hour then again keep it in refridgerator.
