Mushroom Cheese grilled sandwich
- 12 slices of bread.
- 2 cups cleaned, chopped and boil mushrooms.
- 1 egg optional.
- ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese.
- 1 chopped green chilies
- ¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
- Butter.
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
- Salt and pepper according to taste.
Method
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
- Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté until water gets dried.
- Add the egg, green chillies, salt and pepper.
- Sauté until egg is cooked well into the mushrooms.
- Turn off heat.
- Add cheese and coriander leaves mix it well keep aside.
- Take 2 slices of bread to make sandwich.
- Spread the butter on the slices of bread.
- Spread the mushroom mixture on one slice and get it cover with the other slice.
- Finally grill the sandwich using a sandwich maker.
